Using DarkGhost Agent
These terms govern your use of the DarkGhost Agent app and related services provided by DarkGhost Agent. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required in your location. If you are not legally able to enter a contract, your parent or guardian must authorize your use.
App license and Apple
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the App Store app license unless a different license is expressly provided in App Store Connect: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms address the service and do not reduce mandatory rights under that agreement or local law. Apple is not the provider of DarkGhost Agent's service, support, or AI outputs.
Your content
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize processing of that content as needed to perform your requests, store your workspace, and deliver the features you select, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to use the content, accounts, files, and services you provide. Do not submit another person's private information without a lawful basis or authorization.
AI outputs and professional advice
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to outputs provided to others. Verify important facts and review results before relying on them, sharing them, or taking action. The app does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice, and is not an emergency service. Use qualified professionals and appropriate emergency services when needed. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, correct, or free of third-party rights.
Actions, approvals, and automation
Some features can read or change information in calendars, reminders, connected services, browser pages, or other supported environments. Your permissions, settings, and the applicable tool policy determine when confirmation is required. Some enabled actions may run without an additional prompt. Review your approval settings, inspect proposed actions when presented, and grant only the access you intend. A draft is not proof that a message was sent or a change completed. Confirm important outcomes in the destination service.
Models, endpoints, and external services
Optional providers and integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for your provider accounts, API keys, endpoint configuration, quotas, and any external charges. Availability of on-device AI, Private Cloud Compute, and other capabilities depends on the device, operating system, region, permissions, entitlements, and service availability. Features may require a network connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of a third-party service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, infringe intellectual property, access systems or accounts without authorization, commit fraud, harass others, distribute malicious software, or bypass security and approval controls. Do not use automation to submit harmful or unlawful content to other services. Respect those services' rules and the rights of other people.
Privacy and security responsibilities
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Keep your device and credentials secure, use endpoints you trust, and maintain backups of information important to you. Biometric locks and local storage do not replace device security. Contact support@darkghost.ai if you discover a security problem.
Payments
Any price or in-app purchase offered by DarkGhost Agent will be shown before purchase and is subject to Apple's applicable payment and refund rules. These terms do not create a subscription or recurring charge. Charges from an AI provider or connected service are separate and governed by that provider's agreement.
Changes and ending use
We may change features or these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our website as appropriate, and the effective date will be updated. You can stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access to services we operate where necessary to address misuse, security problems, or legal obligations. Removing the app does not necessarily delete data retained by connected services, backups, or the Keychain.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and AI results are provided as available without additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, DarkGhost Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, AI results, or independent external services. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or willful misconduct. Nothing here limits rights under Apple's applicable license agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your statutory rights.
