Include what happened
Tell us your device model, operating-system version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Include a screenshot only if it helps. Remove personal information first. Never send passwords or API keys.
Your AI connection
On-device AI depends on a supported device and Apple Intelligence availability. External models require your own configured provider or endpoint. Provider quotas and outages can affect responses.
Privacy and permissions
Manage device permissions in system Settings. In the app, review AI Connections, Actions & Approvals, and Sign-ins & Places. Usage and crash reporting are optional and off by default.
